Main-Tel’s support is second to none, we base our support not only on the expertise of our engineers with on-going training to keep up to date with today’s technologies but also very strongly on customer service. Nothing is too much.

 

                         

 

We have based our support package on three areas.

 

 

This is our standard support contact; this is the main support of your I.T. system. This support package includes unlimited telephone, remote and on site visits. We have also included the cost for parts. Therefore you know exactly what your IT support budget will be.

 

We also offer a top up to your Main-support with:

 

 

 

Main-Pro is a pro active support service. With this support service it depends on the size of your network for how many ½ day support visits will be required.


On this ½ day a fully qualified Main-Tel engineer will visit your site to perform pro active duties on your network. This would include installing critical security patches, checking back up routines, basically performing a full health check on your system and making sure it is working at its full potential.
