Call Recording

Call recording offers the facility to automatically record every conversation on the telephone system.

The Panasonic’s voice recording sophistication means you can record sound both at the source (on the extension) and at the mainframe of the phone system (the trunk). It is therefore impossible for anyone to disconnect the system completely.

 

The recordings are time and date stamped for easy look up in the event of  an enquiry. The recordings are fully digitaly encrypted and password protected and cannot be deleted without appropriate authority. Telephone sales or financial business, then call recording will offer additional business protection against possible litigation as any details discussed during any conversations can be grouped together and provided as a single piece of evidence. The software is also suitable for any call centre business as it can take snapshots of conversations to ensure calls are being handled appropriately and reports can be generated for efficiency.

 

In addition, a tamper proof feature protects your recordings from being altered and a visual/audio alarm notifies you for system maintenance.
