Our call logging systems can provide a wide range of reports to ensure the most efficient use is being made of your telephone system.
PanaStat Platinum gives you the power to take complete control of your telephone system and not only allows you to monitor how your system is being used, but also how costeffective it is for business.
The software is ideally suited to business centres as each tenant are able to have their own bill with their own company name at the top to act as an invoice. Multi site companies can be incorporated to provide an over all report as well as individual site reporting.

Call costs are just one area of the reporting, we are able to give reports on incoming and outgoing usage, call handling efficiency, longest calls, most expensive calls, line usage by the hour which ensures staff are deployed at the right time to suit your clients requirements. The software is fully customised to your requirements and all reports can be printed or e-mailed to a third party destination.
