The Staincliffe Hotel in Seaton Carew choose Main-Tel for all its telephony, Communications and IT support needs.
Main-Tel were called in by The Staincliffes Hotels Management Team to help sort out an although new, somewhat dysfunctional system, that they had been sold only 6 months previously.
Faced with such an unhappy client, Main-Tel were soon able to set their mind at ease with it's customer focussed approach. By providing a system that not only met their needs but also exceeded their expectations once installed, Main-Tel were able to prove to the client that they could have a system that met their brief for the price agreed.
