After relocating from Riverside Park to Middlesbrough's new hub of Digital excellence, BoHo One in The BoHo Zone. As part of this relocation Calm did not hesitate in requesting support from Main-Tel its incumbent supplier of Telephony at it previous location. However Calm wanted Main-Tel to help support them with a full strategy of communications which finally resulted in Main-Tel providing a new full state of the art Digital Telephone System, Broadband and IT support services. All of the services were completed within the agree time frames including all transfers of 0845 numbers and connections with BT. The whole project was also provided to the agreed specification and in some cases higher specification at no extra cost to Calm and to the agreed budget.
